A reply to: "belief of mahdism in shia imamia"

A reply to: "belief of mahdism in shia imamia" The form of research varies and the outlook differs in inves¬tigations about the religious matters and those of the faith of those who believe in God and the unseen world, The acceptance of this truth, or in other words, such a view of the universe that the world is created by God, in it is a subject that entails research. With regards to Islam we hold belief in God’s existence and His being omnipotent, All Knowing, Almighty, All Wise and that He sent the Messengers for the guidance of the people. Obviously in such a way of investigation we connect the Mis¬sion of Muhammad to God Himself. Now the validity of this connection is to be explored.

Although the contents of this book have an immediate bearing on the contents of the previously named book, yet, it stands with an independent entity of its own due to the magnitude of the discussion framed within historical, Islamic and scientific bounds, which is in itself fascinating factor. Indeed, this book at the same time, helps completes where that one lurks short, and corrects the image, if obfuscated in the other book.

Manner of Awaiting

Manner of Awaiting Awaiting (Entezar) means to have hope and expectation by heart of Imam’s advent, which springs from recognition and faith in his advent. Such an act carries numerous spiritual rewards and values.1 Like other forms of worship, awaiting (Entezar) enjoys practical qualitative dimensions such that our divine leaders have laid great emphasis and reckoned its observance as a duty and responsibility for the people during the period of occultation. The writings that you have at hand are a selection of those very divine duties and responsibilities, which we have compiled for recalling and reminding ourselves about them. Of course, numerous scholars and researchers have expressed this matter very beautifully and eloquently thus leaving behind invaluable effects to their credit.

Vanguard of light

Vanguard of light This collection in your hand comprises of twelve pure traditions concerning Hazrat Mahdi (a.s.) with six of them quoted from the famous books of eminent Sunni scholars and the other six narrated from famous Shiite sources. These traditions along with their translation and brief explanation are expressed in very concise, attractive and fluent manner. A brief glance over them can acquaint you with the dimension of Imam Mahdi’s advent, the manner of his rule and the glad tidings given by the holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) and Imams (a.s.) concerning him. One point that can clearly be observed in these traditions is that the matter of universal government of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) is much higher than what a few among the ignorant can imagine. Besides, you can perceive this truth that awaiting his advent calls for spiritual, material, mental and physical preparedness and everyone claiming to be awaiting his advent cannot be labelled a true follower.
